If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please do not accept it from the rider/courier and contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email.

Returns are accepted within 07 days of delivery only if:

● The product is wrong, defective, or damaged on arrival.

● It is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

● You contact us before sending any items back.

Returns are not accepted if:

• The item has been used, tested, or opened
  
• The packaging is damaged or missing
  
• The item was damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  
• Cosmetic or fragile items (e.g. glass skincare bottles) are broken and no unboxing video is provided within 24 hours of delivery

Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for products that are simply no longer wanted or liked, especially if opened or used. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products must remain unused and unopened to qualify for a return.
