Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation message (via email/WhatsApp) including shipping/tracking information.

Delivery Time

* Delivery estimates do not include order processing time. Delays may occur due to courier backlog, holidays, or weather – we will inform you if there is a delay.
** Please ensure the correct recipient email address is provided for digital delivery.

Gift Cards/Store Credit

VK Stores offers gift cards, which can be used to make purchases on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before the expiration date (as stated). If a refund or exchange is issued for a purchased product, we may provide store credit in the form of a gift card.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fee is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders above PKR 5,000.

Tracking

As soon as the order ships, your tracking information will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact number are provided.

Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact us at info@vkstores.com or via WhatsApp/Phone within 07 days.

International Shipping

Currently, VK Stores ships only within Pakistan. We will update this policy with destination-specific rates, estimated delivery times, and customs/import responsibilities as soon as international shipping becomes available.
