Refund & Exchange Policy

At VK Stores, we want you to be delighted and completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

What’s Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

We accept returns only for products that are wrong, defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging with tags/seals intact.

Items Not Eligible

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products that have been opened, tested, used, or whose packaging is damaged (unless damaged in transit)
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Sale, discounted, or “final-sale” items

Reporting Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

For items damaged in transit (e.g. broken glass bottles), you must report the damage within 03 days of delivery.

Please provide clear photos and a video of the full unboxing (from package opening to product reveal) to claim a refund or replacement.

Please contact us before discarding or sending anything back.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us within 07 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video (especially for breakage).

Please wait for our confirmation before sending any item back.

Return Shipping & Costs

If the product is wrong, defective, or damaged, we may cover the return shipping cost.

For other return-eligible claims, you may be required to cover return shipping. This will be communicated before approval.

Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipping until your case is resolved.

Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Exchange items are dispatched within 24–48 hours after approval, subject to availability.

At our discretion, store credit or an exchange may be offered instead of a refund.

Gift Receipts & Gift Purchases

If you purchase a product as a gift, you may request a gift receipt. The recipient may use it to request an exchange or store credit without revealing the purchase price.

Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit only.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before any stated expiration date.
